But when every second counts, our paramedics, pilots and HEMS dispatchers make sure that every minute away from their own families makes a difference to someone else's.
Last year it cost £6.4 million to keep Devon's Air Ambulances flying and we airlifted almost 1,000 patients. That's a lot of fundraising support for each person we airlift, and thanks to you, our supporters, we could make a lot of difference.
This Christmas, we're aiming to boost our fundraising efforts by a further £2512 . The figure signifies that we are still serving our patients on Christmas Day, so we can be where we are most needed when every second counts. Your gift can help make all the difference to someone's loved one.
