The ability to get around is vital in order to live a full life yet thousands of people with sight loss never leave home alone. We empower visually impaired people to do that and rely on the support of the public to fund the guide dog service.

Story

What is Fund Race?

Fund Race is a sports day track race with a twist - every participant is blindfolded and uses a rope as their guide.

Weve created this challenge, especially for schools, to start important conversations about sight loss and being more inclusive and accessible. Fund Race will also raise vital funds to support our life-changing work.

Why we need your help

In the UK today, there are around 28,000 children who have a vision impairment. With the right skills, tools and adaptations, children with sight loss can do the same things as everyone else.
