If you're still able to get out an about why not do a virtual run? Run on your own or set a day to run with friends (don't run together, just on the day day or time!)
Run at your own pace. Train for a 5k or set yourself a target over a week or month... We'll even SEND YOU A MEDAL for your efforts!
- Do a run that you were due to do on the same date
- Jog 1 mile a day every day for a month
- Run a Marathon over a wee k or Month
-Train and run any distance

The COVID-19 outbreak has created much anxiety and uncertainty amongst the many families across the UK and Ireland that we support now and those that will soon need to reach out to us.
Many of our Mum's are in the highest-risk group, their immune systems already compromised from chemotherapy, and already struggling to manage fear and anxiety alongside raising a young family.
It is paramount that we continue to provide the help that we do in reducing the isolation they feel.
