Story

3 out of 4 suicides in the UK are men. 13 take their lives every day. 13 men yesterday, and 13 more today.

Decathlon and HUMEN are working together to tackle this emergency by encouraging you to #RiseAgainstSuicide. We can't always see the battles our fathers, brothers, husbands, sons, and friends are facing.

Ben West: "My brother ended his life when he was 15."

Last year 4,657 men died by suicide in what was one of the hardest years most of us faced. This November we want you to join us to rise against it. Join HUMEN for our Rise Against Suicide Sunrise Walk supported by Decathlon. 4,657 meters will be walked across the nation to honour the men we lost to suicide and the families left devasted. Will you rise with us?

We can all rise up across the nation this Men's Mental Health Month and unite at sunrise on Sunday 28th November. Together we can Rise Against Suicide.

Who will you rise for?

If you can walk and hit a target of £250 that is enough for 100 men to access the HUMEN Space: The Gym for your Mind to continue our work of preventing men from suffering in silence and dying too young.

HUMEN is leading a movement to prevent men from suffering in silence and dying too young. By improving & maintaining men's mental health through The HUMEN Space. We are striving to change the narrative until a prevention approach over a crisis response is the norm, not the exception.
