Over 120 people have signed up to this year's abseil which makes it the largest for over three years! These brave fundraisers are raising funds to help support the incredible work which takes place every day at Birmingham Children's Hospital.

The funds raised by events like this are vital to the hospital achieving our vision to provide the best possible facilities and environment, for our exceptional patients and young people.

Previous events have helped support ground-breaking projects such as the UK's first centre for the care and treatment of children with rare diseases and Magnolia House, providing a sanctuary for parents and families who have received difficult or upsetting news; again the first centre of its kind in the UK, setting the benchmark for palliative and bereavement care across the country
