Support Dogs is a national charity dedicated to increasing independence and improving the quality of life for children and adults affected by autism, epilepsy and physical disability. We train specialist assistance dogs to achieve this.

Story

Take part in our abseil at the iconic Miller's Dale Viaduct on the Monsal Trail. Abseil down the side of the old railway bridge before free-hanging over the beautiful narrow gorge of the River Wye – gorgeous views guaranteed! You will be guided by fully qualified abseil instructors, with all safety equipment provided.

We're delighted to be returning to Miller's Dale for our fifth year running - come and join us to be part of a team who are striving to transform the lives of people living with the most challenging conditions. We will support you the whole way through your fundraising journey to help make your challenge a success!

There is no entry fee to take part, we just simply ask you to raise a minimum of £75 through sponsorship.

The lower age limit is 9 years old and there isn't an upper age limit. Everyone who takes part needs to be fit, able to climb through a railing fence and able to take the excitement!

The challenge will take place on Saturday 17th May and we will organise a time slot with you between 9am and 5pm, so that you and any friends you can rope in can do it together!

If you'd like to take on the challenge, contact our lovely team to find out more and get registered: fundraising@supportdogs.org.uk
