It was not my best idea but it's all done now and it certainly wasn't easy. I am sure I will look back on it with fond memories but not quite yet!

Big thanks to the team for looking after us all and getting us to Cardif, all in one piece.

(Probably not my best idea, again, but Cycling length of Wales for Ty Hafan, in a couple of weeks time. (You'd have thought I would know better by now?))

Actually, now it's tomorrow, one sleep away!

The itinerary was....

Day 1. 12th Sept. Caernafon to Aberystwyth. 92 miles. 7500ft of ascent. Ouch. (Exhausted afterwards.)

Day 2. 13th Sept. Aberystwyth to Brecon. 68 miles. 1159m ascent. (Not to bad today.)

Day 3. 14th Sept. Brecon to Cardiff.46 miles. 500m ascent. (Soaking wet all afternoon, but...we did it.)
