Story
Our mission at Bliss is to give every baby born premature or sick the best chance of survival and quality of life.
Are you ready for YOUR mission?
Our #TeamBliss superheroes will be able to have lots of fun, stay active and have some great stories to share with friends. They will not only be making a difference to babies they'll be making a difference at home too.
People taking part in Bliss Little Heroes can choose their own challenges or take on some that we have set for them. Once your Little Hero has completed a mission, add a coloured square (or whatever) to their mission sheet and help them track their progress to becoming a superhero.
You can complete your missions over the course of a week or longer if you want to. Wed love you to share your progress with us and join our special gallery of Little Heroes.

Being a superhero can be tough but, by sponsoring them, family and friends can help them along the way. By taking part, you and your Little Heroes will help us make a huge difference for babies and their families at a time when they need us more than ever.
How your money makes a difference
COVID-19 hasn't stopped babies being born premature or sick. But with access to units restricted, it has stopped their parents being able to be by their side. At what is already a particularly anxious time, parents aren't able to talk to other families on the unit to share what they're going through and to know they're not alone.
Our Bliss Champions are a lifeline, providing somewhere to turn for practical information and someone to talk to. By supporting families, they can also relieve some of the pressure on our healthcare heroes who are working tirelessly but becoming short staffed in the pandemic. With your help, we can ensure that our one-to-one Champion support service continues. We are rapidly training our amazing volunteers and getting them set up to offer video calls to parents on the unit and family members who have to stay at home, separated from their baby.
More than 300 more babies will be admitted to neonatal care tomorrow. By taking on our challenge, you'll be doing something today to help their families feel less isolated.
Bliss wants all of the 100,000 babies born premature or sick every year to have the best chance of survival and quality of life. Every pound makes a massive difference to babies and their families.
