Organised by Action CancerBreast Foot Forward is Action Cancer's annual sponsored walk. The streets of Belfast will turn a sea of pink as participants step their way to the finish line while raising much needed funds for the charity's life saving breast screening service.

Visit the charity's profileEach year Action Cancer provides 8,000 breast screening appointments to ladies aged 40 -49 or 70+ from our clinic in Belfast and on board our Big Bus which travels to over 200 locations each year. These are ladies who have no known symptoms of cancer.
For every 1,000 appointments 6 women have their cancers detected when it may otherwise have gone unnoticed.
This service is completely free to the user but each screening appointment costs Action Cancer £120. So if each person setting up a JustGiving page raises £120 you will have potentially saved a life of a local woman.
Action Cancer receive no regular government funding so relay on fundraising from supporters like you to help us deliver this life saving service.
