Story
On 28th October, Charlie would have turned 21. Instead of celebrating with him, we're marking the milestone the way that means the most: by continuing the work that carries his name forward.
This October, 21 for 21 brings together individuals, families, schools, youth groups and communities across the country, each taking part in their own way to fundraise and raise awareness in Charlie's memory, and to make 21 promises for Charlie along the way.
That might mean taking on our 21 for 21 Charity Run or Walk, washing 21 cars, baking 21 treats, completing 21 acts of kindness, or creating your own "21" challenge entirely. However big or small, every idea adds to something bigger.
Charlie's Promise exists because we refused to let his loss be the end of the story. That promise became our purpose. We go into schools, colleges and communities across the country to share Charlie's story directly with young people, not as a lecture, but as an honest conversation about the immeasurable impact of knife crime, and the choices that can change a life's direction.
Every donation helps us reach one more classroom, one more group of young people, one more community that needs to hear Charlie's story. 100% of what you give goes directly to that mission.
We're also building towards something lasting: a Charlie's Promise Youth Hub, a physical space where young people can find support, positive activities and trusted relationships, somewhere every young person has somewhere to belong.
This October, we're asking our community to help us raise £21,000 in Charlie's memory. One pound, one mile, one conversation at a time.
Thank you for being part of Charlie's story, and for helping us write its next chapter.
