Join RNIB for the Double Dash 5k on 11 May 2019 in Regents Park, London. Inspired by blind people running with guides this is our unique spin on a classic 5k, where you sign up with a partner to double up and run connected.

There is no running event like this in the UK, it is not just about fitness, its about co-ordination and collaboration too. As well as running together, you will fundraise together too, helping us break down the daily barriers faced by people with sight loss.

You will have a tether which keeps you attached by the wrist all the way to the finish line, a popular way for blind and partially sighted people to run with a guide. If you do not need a guide, running with a friend is lots of fun and you can egg each other on all the way to the finish line.

Together we will run and fundraise to break down the barriers of sight loss. We cant wait for you to join us!
