Everything we do at Eddies is about valuing and supporting people with a learning disability, and their families and carers. Our vision is a world where people with a learning disability are valued equally, listened to and included. We want everyone to have the opportunity to achieve the things they want out of life.
In 2018 we supported 670 children, young people and adults with learning disabilities and their families and carers across Cambridgeshire. 113 of our regular volunteers helped us to deliver these services. We couldnt do what we do without them.
Our Befriending and Family Support services are funded purely by donations. We have waiting lists for both projects and we can only recruit more volunteers with more funding.
