Nearly one in four young Londoners is unemployed - the highest level in the country - yet there’s not nearly enough provision to help them access fairly paid work.

GoodWork is a youth employment and social mobility charity, creating fairer opportunities for young people from lower socioeconomic backgrounds.

We deliver employability programmes, supporting 18-25 year olds facing multiple barriers to employment build their skills and confidence and transition into work. We also work with employers and policymakers to create a fairer world of work for young people.

Founded in 2022, we've worked with over 150 young people through our intensive six-month programmes, with over 70% transitioning into long-term employment or education with our support. Tanzil's story explains how we help.
