About Hospice at Home

Help Us Bring Dignity and Comfort to Patients at Home

Hospice at Home provides patients with the choice to spend their final days at home with dignity and comfort.

Established in 2022, Hospice at Home provides specialist palliative care for patients in Christchurch, Bournemouth and the surrounding areas.

Every year, our dedicated teams care for over 2,200 patients with life-limiting illnesses in our community. With your support, we can continue to offer this specialised care to those who wish to remain at home during their final days. Your generosity today ensures this vital choice remains available tomorrow—for your neighbours, your loved ones, and perhaps someday, for you.

Can you help us?

With your help we can continue to provide specialist care for those who wish to be at home during their final days. Your donation today will ensure this vital service remains available for those in our community who need it most.

Hospice at Home matters

With your support, more families can cherish precious moments together, and more patients can fulfil their final wish of dying in the loving comfort of home.

You matter because you are you. You matter to the last moment of your life, and we will do all we can, not only to help you die peacefully, but also to live until you die.

When someone you love receives a life-limiting diagnosis, everyday moments can be overshadowed by medical concerns. Our Hospice at Home team steps in to manage the complex aspects of care, allowing you to focus on what truly matters—being present with each other. We handle the medical needs so you can simply be a family again.

What people say about our service

"If it hadn’t been for your team, our only other option would have been for David to go into a hospice - he was so much happier being in a loving, home environment. I don’t think ‘thank you’ quite says enough for the gratitude we have for your team.”

“During her last few weeks, all of our 13 grandchildren were able to come and spend some time with her. Myself and all our five children were with her until the very end. This would not have been possible without the wonderful service you provide.
