Organised by Isabel HospiceOn 27th April 2025 our team of dedicated Isabel Hospice supporters will tackle the iconic TCS London Marathon to raise funds for Isabel Hospice. The course is set around the River Thames starting in Blackheath and finishing at the Mall.

Our palliative care and support services for patients and their families is done through our Hospice at Home Team, In-Patient Unit, Community Team, Living Well with Isabel programme, and our Family and Bereavement support service.
