Organised by Jeremiah's Journey2021 marks our 25th Anniversary and to celebrate the occasion, we are aiming to raise £25,000 through 12 months of activities and need your help to hit our target!
Story
Every month there will be a different activity which you can get involved with and help us in our mission to raise £25,000 and make a real difference in the lives of children and young people experiencing bereavement.
