Starting at the historic Lands End, you'll peddle along the beautiful coastline of Cornwall, the rolling hills of Dartmoor National Park, through to Cheddar Gorge, experiencing the vast catchment of Bristol Children's Hospital like never before.
Cycling with #TeamGrandAppeal means feeling part of something bigger, and becoming part of a supportive and passionate family of fundraisers, challenging themselves to change a child's life. Over the four epic days, you'll have the chance to meet other like-minded fundraisers, hear inspiring stories and have a whole lot of fun en route to your big finish outside Bristol Children's Hospital.
Sponsored by Barcan+Kirby, Lands End to Bristol is perfect for both new cyclists looking for a goal to work towards this year, as well as more experienced peddle-pushers in search of the next two-wheel challenge!
From the moment a child arrives at the hospital, The Grand Appeal is there. Our support workers offer comfort and advice; we give parents and siblings a free, private and comforting place to stay; provide daily music therapy sessions and arts and play activities; and fund the pioneering equipment and research that save lives. For over 20 years, we have provided 360-degree support to the 100,000 young patients it cares for each year and thanks to your support, we can make a real difference to every child who visits us.
