Each year the National President of Ladies Circle GB&I has the honour of choosing the national charity for the year ahead. And this year the National President, Lara Lachello, wanted to remind everyone when back in 1965, the Ladies Circle became known in the national press as the women who wouldn't wait. Members campaigned for 18 months to open the first cervical cancer screening clinic in the UK.

We have a new challenge now in 2023, as there is no national screening programme in the UK for ovarian cancer. So this year Lara would like you to support The Robin Cancer Trust, and their mission to educate, engage and empower young adults affected by germ cell cancer. So that they are aware of the signs & symptoms, so they can visit their GP and get treatment as soon as possible if needed.

£10 could help us provide 250 'signs & symptoms' cards to be handed out in the community.

£25 could help us provide a cancer support pack to a young person going through the hardest time of their life.

£50 could allow us to deliver a life-saving cancer awareness talk to a local school, college or university.
