There are 28 centres across the UK, welcoming 100+ visitors into each centre every day. In every centre, you’ll find a bright and welcoming space full of the kind of support that people facing cancer need and deserve.

The Toubkal Trek Challenge is a 6 day trek taking place in June 2026, summitting North Africa's highest peak. A group of Maggie's supporters are taking on this mighty challenge to support Maggie's and help fund our 28 centres, so everyone who needs it can access free cancer support.
