We challenge YOU to MoveIt4Minds and support the 56,000 patients we care for in the community and on our wards! Whether you walk it, run it, dance it, or lift it, every bit of movement helps raise vital funds and awareness for mental health.
The challenge? Complete *anything* in 56s! That could be:
- 56 minutes of burpees
- 56 miles in a month
- 56 lunges a day for 56 days
- Hula hoop for 56 minutes straight!
