Story
Our intrepid trekkers will head over to Cambodia on 31st October for this gruelling 9 day challenge. Each day our trekkers will walk between 6 to 9 hours within 35 degree heat, with no refreshing bath or shower to look forward to at the end. They will walk through paddy fields, farmlands and small villages where they will get to met the locals and enjoy the culture.
The toughest day of the challenge will be the 487m climb to the top of Cambodia's sacred mountain, in extreme heat and high humidity. Before ending the campaign at the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Angkor Wat.
Many people do these treks after experiencing the support and care given to patients and their families at Nightingale House Hospice. They feel they want to give a little back. By taking part in one of our challenges they are highlighting the hospice whilst raising vital funds.
