Dancing for a Cause That Touches So Many Lives

On Friday 13th November 2026, participants will take to the dance floor at Impact Conferencing, Burnley, for Pendleside Does Strictly 2026 — an unforgettable evening raising vital funds for Pendleside Hospice.

Inspired by the much-loved BBC show Strictly Come Dancing, the event will see 10 celebrity dancers and their professional dance partners perform spectacular routines live after months of dedicated training with the talented team at Sanderson Dance.

Supporting Pendleside Hospice

Pendleside Hospice exists to promote and enhance quality of life for people living with life-limiting illnesses, as well as supporting their families and carers through compassionate, specialist care.

Their holistic approach addresses physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs, ensuring every patient receives personalised support with dignity, respect and compassion at its heart.

Pendleside’s services include inpatient care, day services, outpatient support and community care, delivered by a dedicated multi-disciplinary team working closely with other local healthcare providers.

Why Fundraising Matters..

The hospice now faces annual running costs of £6.8 million, with an incredible £5.4 million needing to be raised through charitable donations each year to keep services running.

Events like Pendleside Does Strictly play a vital role in helping the hospice continue providing free care and support to local patients and families when they need it most.

Pendleside Does Strictly is more than an evening of entertainment — it is a celebration of community, courage and compassion. Throughout the journey, participants will:
