TOG Mind are proud to be working in partnership with MIND and RED January, a community initiative that encourages you to support your mental health by doing something active every single day.
Why not kick-start the year in a positive way? There are no rules - just get active every day for 5 minutes or more and set your own targets. By taking part you're also raising awareness of mental health issues. Don't feel blue in January, get RED.
Those taking part in RED January can also choose to fundraise for TOG Mind and help your local mental health charity whilst supporting your own wellbeing - Do something active every day, your way!
