At Ronald McDonald House Charities we provide free 'home away from home' accommodation at specialist children's hospitals across the UK, enabling families to stay close to their child and maintain a degree of normal family life.

Our 14 Houses across the UK helped over 8,000 families stay together in 2025. Many more need our help and we need your support to continue keeping families close. To help raise vital funds, we have an incredible team of runners participating in the Manchester Half Marathon 2025.

On Sunday 19 April, our supporters will take to the streets of Manchester for an incredible day of running through the city, taking in the best views and atmosphere!
