Welcome to Rochdale & District Mind's RED January 2019!

We want to share a cool tip that could help you give you some focus during a characteristically tough month...Get active everyday.

There are no rules - just get active every day for 5 minutes or more in your own way. That is what RED January is all about!
You'll be joining the RED community who are supporting their mental health with daily physical activity.

Those taking part in RED January can choose to raise funds for Rochdale & District Mind and other local Mind. Rochdale & District Mind have been providing mental health services for people living in the Borough of Rochdale for over 30 years and all sponsorship money will go to keep it going.

This is the first time Rochdale has taken part in RED January so get involved! You can sign up via www.gmmind.org.uk/redjanuary2019 as a supporter or a fundraiser. You can get a pair of shoelaces or t-shirt (limited availability). You'll receive our RED pack and regular support from us.
