TS Cleopatra has served as a cornerstone of the Harrogate community since 1963. While our historic stable-block home is full of character, its internal infrastructure has remained largely unchanged for over 60 years. We are seeking funding to implement a “Fabric-First” decarbonization project. By modernizing our insulation, glazing, and lighting, we will transform a cold, inefficient building into a high-performance training hub that reduces our carbon footprint and ensures a warm, inviting environment for our cadets and volunteers.
