Weldmar Hospicecare provides specialist care for adults in Dorset with a life limiting illness, and support for their loved ones. All of our care is provided for free, and we need to raise £18,000 every day to continue providing all of our services. This includes care at home from Weldmar Community Nurses and Weldmar at Home, our Inpatient Unit in Dorchester, counselling and bereavement support, social workers, physiotherapy and occupational therapy, and so much more. These amazing people are taking on a challenging five day trek across the Sahara to support Weldmar Hospicecare - thank you for supporting them!
