Our route takes the Sunflower Strollers through the beautiful scenery of Ninesprings Country Park, passing through woodlands and waterfalls.

Every participant will receive a sunflower memory marker to dedicate in memory of a loved one which will be placed in our hospice garden.

We are excited to welcome everyone back to our garden for prosecco and afternoon tea.
