Swim for Solace

Hop into the lido, the lake or sea and swim for 35 minutes, 35 lengths, or 35km in June. On average, a woman is assaulted 35 times before the police are called. That's 35 too many. This June, swim for yourself, swim for survivors, swim for Solace.

Story

Join us this June for our very first swimming challenge. Swim for 35 minutes a day, 35 lengths, or 35km throughout the whole of June to help us raise funds and awareness of male violence against women. Whether its in your local lido or the crisp British sea, get swimming to support women.

Research has shown that on average, a woman is assaulted 35 times before the police are called. This is 35 too many. Help us reach every woman who needs our support and make long-lasting change across London so we get 35 to 0.

By signing up to our swim challenge, you are supporting survivors and the life-saving services we provide at Solace. To get our custom swim hats and Solace goodie bundle, head over to our Eventbrite and Sign up .
