Welcome to #TeamICR's Berlin Marathon page! 15 ICR runners will join the thousands on the iconic Berlin Marathon, hoping to raise over £20,000 for our ground- breaking cancer research.
Our 800-strong body of scientists and clinicians are working on a broad spectrum of research, from understanding the underlying biological causes of cancer through to designing and testing the latest cutting-edge therapies.
Every donation is a part of what keeps cancer research moving forward every day. They help fund the routine yet essential tasks that build toward major discoveries.
£50 could buy one box of pipette tips, which are used daily during experiments.
£100 could power a high-resolution microscope for an hour, enabling scientists to closely examine cancer cells and track how they respond to treatments.
£1,500 could buy a CO2 incubator for growing cancer cells for experiments.
