The National Coal Mining Museum for England is a unique heritage attraction located at Caphouse Colliery. It provides an immersive and authentic experience of the coal mining industry and the people who worked in it, offering an insight into one of the most significant industrial legacies.

Join us at the Museum for a Firewalk Challenge like no other, hosted by UK Firewalk. This is your chance to push your limits, conquer your fears, and walk barefoot across hot coals, all while raising vital funds to help preserve the powerful legacy of coal mining.

Funding will support the Museum’s award-winning learning and engagement programme, providing enjoyable and inspiring ways for people of all ages, backgrounds and needs to engage with the history of coal and its legacy.
