YSJ take on the York 10k
Organised by York St John UniversityYSJ alumni, staff and students are raising money for the university's alumni-funded scholarships which helps underrepresented individuals access the education they deserve.
Story
80% of students at York St John University are from underrepresented backgrounds. They need our help to be able to access the education they deserve. This academic year we supported 6 undergraduate and postgraduate students and will continue to support them throughout their degree and beyond. However, 75% of applicants missed out on a scholarship due to lack of funds. We would love to be able to support more students but in order to do this we need your help.
On 6th August 2023, 15 runners made up of students, staff and alumni will be representing YSJ at the York 10k. If you are able, please support these runners by donating today and helping more students access the YSJ education.
