The Breck Foundation educates young people how to keep safe when using the internet. We do this by sharing the real life story of Breck Bednar, a 14 year old boy who was tragically groomed online and lured to his death in February 2014. We teach children to ... PLAY VIRTUAL / LIVE REAL

Story

Breck Foundation works passionately to educate children on how to keep safe online while enjoying the many benefits the Internet has to offer. We teach an ethos of Play Virtual / Live Real, emphasising that your online friendships are not the same as real life relationships. We are specifically focused on the issues of online grooming, child sexual exploitation and radicalisation.

Working nationwide this year we have reached 20,000 students, 4000+ parents and 7000+ safeguarding professionals.  However, We wish to multiply this success and spread our work to reach as many children as possible. With your help we can empower more children to keep safe online.
