An adventurous team of Isabel Hospice supporters will be taking on a tough trekking challenge in the heart of Nepal reaching an altitude of 3,400m. The team will be training extremely hard to take on continual steep uphill climbs with tough underfooting including mud, stones, rocky steps and scree.  This will definitely test their stamina, endurance and grit!

This challenge will also see the team hands on and helping to refurbish a local Hospice Centre in Kathmandu.
