The R.E.D January Challenge encourages you to set yourself a goal to exercise every day throughout January and kick start the new year in the best way possible.
Weather you're planning on running 5 miles a day throughout January, or reach 100 miles in the month, there are no rules or restraints. It doesn't have to be running, as long as you get moving in some way every day in January. The emphasis is on flexible exercise that you enjoy and makes you feel great. You can do it on a schedule that suits you and celebrates every achievement, no matter how large or small. You can scale things up or ease them back, just make sure to keep listening to your body.
Whatever your level of fitness or ambition, R.E.D is there every step of the way to offer handy tips, expert advise, and endless amounts of encouragement. The online R.E.D community is also a supportive space for you to share your progress and enjoy a daily dose of motivation.
A dedicated Team of professionals, including a R.E.D running coach, will be on hand to answer all of your questions, so you can get the best out of your 31 days of fitness and ensure there are many more to come, so you are empowered by the feeling that there's always someone to turn to when you need a little boost.
So give it a go! Push yourself a little to achieve a lot, both physically and mentally. You might be surprised at where the challenge takes you.
