Story
I've taken on the R.E.D in January Challenge to kick start 2018. Most days will be a run but maybe some days will be a shorter run/walk.
This cause resonates with me and with people I know, friends and family. Postnatal depression, anxiety, stress, depression, are all disorders that people who are close to me suffer with on a day to day basis and that something MIND tries to support people with.
