On 22nd May Hannah & Gary will be completing The Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challange to help raise funds for #TeamJack.

#TeamJack was formed when Jack Faulkner (aged just 15) sadly passed away from an aggressive brain cancer back in October 2018. He is missed so much by so many.

His family & friends began to fundraise to help the fantastic organisations that helped Jack and his family throughout his treatment.

Jack received all of his treatment through the wonderful Sheffield Children‘s Hospital where we spent 79 nights in hospital being looked after various teams under the watchful loving eye of Ward 5.

We never personally met Jack but we are good friends with his stepmum Leanne.
