Story

Anna's Butterfly Ball is taking place on Saturday 19th November 2016.  It is our second Ball in memory of our daughter Anna, raising money for The Anna Lewis Brighter Future Fund at Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity.

Anna died in 2012 of an incurable genetic illness called Mitochondrial Disease.  She was 14 months old and was healthy and happy until a first seizure when she was almost 1.

We set up The Anna Lewis Brighter Future Fund in June 2012 to raise money for GOSH's Mitochondrial Research Group and on 7th October 2016 we hit £250,000 raised!  The fundraising will continue until there is a cure.  Thank you for your support.  You can read more of Anna's story here:
