Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I am running the Reading Half Marathon for BIBS as my sister and I were Buscot babies nearly 23 years ago now. We were born at 28 weeks and in Buscot for 7 weeks and if it wasn’t for the fantastic Doctors and nurses we wouldn’t be here today! So I am running to help raise the money for the two new incubators for the ward!

BIBS supports babies and their families on the neonatal unit, Buscot Ward at the Royal Berkshire Hospital. Funds raised go towards funding life-saving equipment for the ward, providing emotional support, raising awareness and improving ward facilities.
