My friends and family all know how much I love my chickens and that I do everything I can to promote cage free eggs. The joy of watching their transformation from featherless traumatised souls to beautiful chickens , dust bathing and scratching around in the earth is like nothing else I have experienced . I became a chicken mummy around the same time I started running both of which have made such a difference to my life. It seems apt that one of these activities can help raise funds to support the other.
