My Code Name for this challenge is Brian Jacks. Britain's judo Olympic medallist and was also the 'daddy' of "Superstars" - the hit TV show of the 1970s and 1980s, which, with its dodgy barnets, & facial hair. I was always amazed at how many press ups & chin ups this man could do!

The motivation for doing this challenge is to help in a small way the recipients of the Cystinosis Foundation. The foundation do great work and need our support to continue this.
