A friend I had known since he was 13 was fatally wounded whilst on Operations in Afghanistan in 2011.  Lloyd joined my Army Cadet Detachment as a young lad and I watched with pride as he grew up into an outstanding and inspirational young man, husband, father, brother and friend.

Me and three other former members of the Detachment are all taking part in this year's Para's 10 race in Lloyd's memory.

I know Lloyd will inspire me to finish this race and I hope he can Inspire you to donate to this outstanding and inspirational charity.
