Mental health has played such a big role in my life and of those close to me, but yet there remains a social stigma around them that prevents many from coming forward and talking about it.

Mental health is a cross generational problem which effects 43.4% of people at one point in their life. Any amount you can spare will go a long way in ensuring that no-one suffers alone.
