This January, ShUOC will be challenging ourselves to be active every day for the month of January. While this will good for our bodies and minds, all the money raised will help the charity Mind.

Mind campaign for and support sufferers of and carers of mental health sufferers. 1 in 4 people suffer from a mental health related issue a year, so please any money that you can spare will support Mind's fantastic endeavour so that no-one has to face a mental health problem alone.
