Most of you who know me already know I am mad about running, and for that matter equally passionate about the Arts. So when I was offered the chance to combine the two it was every easy to say YES!!

My dear friend and colleague works for Magpie Dance and had been telling me about the brilliant work they do ensuring that disability is not a barrier for those who love to dance.

Based in my hometown of Bromley they are the UK’s leading dance charity for people with learning disabilities.

So I ask you to spare some hard -earned cash and support the work Magpie does by donating. After all we ALL love to dance and we should ALL have the opportunity!
