I am running the Great North Run in aid of Crohn's & Colitis UK and would like your help, please.

Having struggled with Ulcerative Colitis, on-and-off, for the past 35 years, I have seen first-hand the great work that this charity does. I would very much like to give back to the good people who have always been there for me (and many others), during some very dark times,

Crohn's & Colitis UK are the UK's leading charity for Crohn's and Colitis. Right now, over 500,000 people in the UK are living with a lifelong disease that many people have never heard of.

Any donation, no matter how large or small, will help Crohn's & Colitis UK's mission to improve diagnosis and treatment and to fund research and raise awareness. Something that I have definitely benefitted from.

Research and new advances in medication have helped give me a "normal" life. Hopefully further advances may find a cure for this incredibly debilitating and, sometimes, taboo illness.
