Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page which is part of Ptarmigan Media's effort to raise £10k + for charity this year.

I have been training hard for 5 months for an event entitled Race to the Stones which is this weekend! It is 100km off road so I will be running 50km on Saturday, camping overnight and then running the remaining 50km on Sunday (actually running may be too strong a word as there will be plenty of walking too)

My aim is raise awareness and money for The Mix which is a UK charity that provides help and support for under 25 year old's. Young people can come to The Mix with any issue they're facing, from mental health to breakups, from money worries to drugs, and all their services are both free and confidential.

Any donation, however, small, will be very gratefully received and also help take my mind of the enormity of the challenge ahead of me. I just hope to be finished by 8pm on Sunday for the Euro's final !
