Ptarmigan Media is delighted and proud to have chosen The Mix as our charity of the year for 2021.

The Mix is unique in providing essential mental health support and holistic information wholly digitally for under 25s. Young people can talk to The Mix's staff, trained volunteers and counsellors 24/7 through their digital, social and mobile channels: a helpline, counselling service, community boards, crisis messenger, and over 2000+ articles on www.themix.org.uk

Under 25s can come to The Mix with any issue they're facing, from mental health to breakups, from money worries to drugs, and all their services are both free and confidential.

As a company we employ a lot of graduates and young people – one of the demographics that The Mix aim to help. We are impressed by The Mix’s desire to empower and improve the wellbeing of young people from school to the workplace. It marries nicely with our own aim and mission to raise awareness of mental health within the workplace.

Our aim is to raise up to £10,000 through internal fundraisers, industry wide events and supporting our employees with endurance challenges throughout the year. As a company we are hugely excited about this partnership and look forward to supporting The Mix in all the hard and positive work they do.
