In October 2016, myself and a group of volunteers will undertake a grueling two day trek through Death Valley, California, the lowest and hottest region of North America to raise money for the Befrienders for Disability charity. 

Our charity currently operates in the UK & overseas. We provide disabled people in Northern Ireland with companionship, support, transportation and home visits. In Kenya we provide free medical care, physical and occupational therapy, prosthetics, food and other services to disabled children.

Any donations you can afford to make are much appreciated by myself, the team but most of all those receiving the care that you enable.
