Hi everyone!

So after vowing to never, ever do one of these runs again we find ourselves in the familiar position of me reneging on the deal and about to embark on another one!

In March I’ll be running the big half in London with Mo Farah (and hopefully beating him and getting all his Olympic medals as that’s how it works) for Magpie Dance.

I’m sure you all know that my lovely girlfriend Jess used to work for this amazing charity but here’s a little idea of what they are all about.

Magpie dance provides dance sessions and projects for people of all ages with learning difficulties across the South East of London. This fantastic charity receives no government support and it is only with your generous donations it is able to provide opportunities for participation, performance and training.

Having been to some of their performances and fundraisers and meeting the incredible participants I have seen first hand the work they do and it’s amazing results.

So please give what you can as every donation will be greatly appreciated!
